kde-style-oxygen-qt4 software package provides Qt 4 decoration for the Oxygen desktop theme, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-style-oxygen-qt4
kde-style-oxygen-qt4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-style-oxygen-qt4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-style-oxygen-qt4 *
You will get with kde-style-oxygen-qt4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
